To provide you with rewards and ensure the integrity of our payout network, we collect the following categories of information:

  • Account Identifiers: When you register using Apple Sign-In, we collect your unique Apple user identifier and your email address.
  • Device Information: We collect details about your mobile device, including the operating system version, system language, unique device identifiers, and IP address to prevent fraudulent multiple accounts.
  • Usage & Rewards Data: We track your video watch time, gold coins accumulated, completed quests, checking streak events, and payout history.
  • Payout Information: If you request payouts, we collect your PayPal email address or details necessary to issue gift cards. We never collect or store your banking card numbers or security codes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data strictly to maintain a reliable and secure rewards network, including to:

  • Create, authenticate, and maintain your secure CashFlicks account.
  • Accurately track your video watch duration and calculate coin payouts.
  • Process and distribute cash transfers (PayPal) and electronic gift cards safely.
  • Prevent fraud, bot operations, multiple dummy accounts, and abuse of our referral commission structures.
  • Analyze general app performance statistics and optimize streaming speeds.

3. Sharing & Disclosure of Data

We do not sell your personal data. Your trust is our main asset. We only share information in the following limited scenarios:

  • Service Providers: We share data with verified third-party payment processors (such as PayPal) to settle your earnings.
  • Advertisers (Anonymized Only): We show ads inside our reels. Advertisers receive non-personal aggregate stats (e.g. general demographics) to deliver premium relevant ads, but they never receive your specific email, name, or account ID.
  • Legal Obligations: If required by law, subpoena, or regulation to protect our platform rights.

4. Data Security

We implement standard secure cryptographic protocols (SSL/TLS) for data transmission and store all account information in secure databases. However, please remember that no wireless or online transmission method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee complete database invulnerability.

5. Your Choices & Data Deletion

You can manage, inspect, or delete your account records directly within the CashFlicks App settings panel. Alternatively, you can send an account deletion request to [email protected]. Upon verification, we will purge all your personal identifiers, coin history, and transaction logs from our servers within 14 business days.

6. Children's Privacy

CashFlicks does not target and is not designed for children under the age of 13. If we discover we have inadvertently gathered data from a child under 13, we will delete the record immediately.
